Marcia Torres-Leija

With over two decades in news, television production and casting, Marcia has spent years meeting thousands of people from diverse backgrounds. Her mission is to recognize the unique creative potential in every individual and provide the opportunity to show what they can do.
Marcia is a former board member of the North Los Angeles Regional Center, She has volunteered as well at M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital and at various places of worship in the children's ministries and media departments.
Mark A. Leija
Director & Television Editor
A veteran news photographer, television editor and scripted content director, Mark expanded his career into scripted directing and producing. He has spent years advocating for greater inclusion and opportunity in the Los Angeles community, believing that everyone deserves a platform to showcase their gifts.
Mark has participated in the Big Brother's program as a youth mentor and presently teaches ceramics and the art of bonsai.

She has seen firsthand how the barriers to opportunity—be it financial, physical, or systemic—often limit the potential of those with the most to give.
Mark A. Leija, co-founder and television editor, brings a professional lens to the mission. Together, they have spent years advocating for inclusion and access within the Los Angeles community. Their collective experiences led to a central realization: people don’t want to be defined only by their circumstances. They want an opportunity to show what they can do.
